1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS. Welcome to the Network For Advancing Athletes website located at http://advancingathletes.org (“the Site”) and our related mentorship services (“the Service”). The Site and Service are made available by Network For Advancing Athletes, Inc (“us,” “we,” “Network For Advancing Athletes,” or “NAA”) subject to the following Terms of Use. By accessing and using the Site and/or Service, you (“you” or the “User”) agree to be bound and abide by these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy (see advancingathletes.org/privacy). This website is offered and available to Users 13 years of age or older in the United States, and by using this website you warrant that you meet this requirement. By accessing or using the Site or Service, you also agree to release all claims for damage against Network For Advancing Athletes that may arise out of your use of the Site or Service. You agree that for legal purposes all Terms of Use, agreements, disclosures, notices and other communications that NAA sends to you electronically constitute written communications and satisfy the same legal requirements and enforceability as such communications would satisfy in writing.

9.  EMAIL DOES NOT CONSTITUTE NOTICE TO NAA.  Communications you send through the Site or via electronic mail to NAA do not constitute legal notice to NAA or to any officers, staff, mentors, agents or representatives of NAA in any situation where notice to NAA is required by contract, regulation or law.

10. GENERAL.  If any part of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will be construed consistent with applicable law. The remaining parts will remain in full force and effect. Any failure by NAA to enforce any provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of our right to enforce such provision. These Terms of Use and your use of the Site and/or Service are governed by the federal laws of the United States of America and the laws of the State of Connecticut.
